Personal Training
Need motivation or new to the gym? Hire a personal trainer for 1 on 1 instruction. Our personal trainers are here to keep you motivated while following a detailed plan based on your personal fitness goals. To schedule please call 504-280-6009 or email rissa@uno.edu

- 6 Sessions (six 1 hour sessions) $270

Fitness Assessment
Find out your fitness level by having an assessment performed by one of our trained staff. Benefits: allows personal trainer to develop a detailed fitness program specifically for you and sets a baseline for comparison in the future.

Basketball Courts
Shoot hoops with your friends at the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Recreation & Fitness Center. There are 3 full sized basketball courts open during hours of operation. Also join us for pickleball and volleyball. Recreational Pickleball - Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 9am-noon.
Pool
We have a 4 lane (25 yards) heated pool housed in a natatorium. Pool activities include lap swimming, Water aerobics, and swim lessons.

Free Weights & Machines
Located on the 2nd floor you will find brand name cardio and strength training equipment.
Fitness Classes
Enjoy a variety of fitness classes at no additional charge.
Indoor Track
Located on the second floor is the 1/10 mile indoor track, which overlooks a gymnasium with three full size basketball courts.
Locker Service
Day lockers are available at no charge in the men's and women’s locker rooms on a first- come, first-serve basis with a Photo ID. Belongings must be removed upon leaving as all lockers are cleared nightly; items left will require a $5.00 reclaim fee.
We also offer a reserved lockers service.
